wHAT

U14 (born 2010 and 2011) athletes will train and play indoor (field) hockey! Indoor hockey is a fast paced version of the outdoor game and is played on a hard court surface. This version of the game is the competitive standard during the winter months worldwide!

Our U14 training program can accommodate both new and returning athletes. Players will need the usual equipment of shin guards, a mouth guard, and water bottle but should wear indoor sneakers or tennis shoes instead of turfs shoes or cleats. Indoor hockey uses a lighter version of the stick as well as protective gloves that will need to be purchased.
